KUWAIT: Several MPs proposed a new law to further protect intellectual property rights. Writers, scientists, directors and anyone else wishing to copyright their work would submit a copy to the Kuwait National Library before releasing it for sale. The law was proposed by MPs Mohammad Al-Saqer, Faisal Al-Shayeadel Al-Sarawi, Ali Al-Rashid and Ali Al-Deqbasi.
